Basics
The new MAGNOPRINT FLAT.SCREEN Printing Machine with the original MAGNET SYSTEM PLUS is considered to be the most versatile machine on the market. Finest printing quality, especially for centre printing and geometrical designs. The repeat length, the speed and the number of squeegee strokes (Magnetic Single/ Twin Roll Rod) as well as the magnetic power are individually adjustable on each printing station. Available printing widths are 165 / 185 / 225 / 250 / 285 / 330 cm with up to 24 printing stations.
This worldwide approved flat screen printing machine with MAGNOPRINT technology ensures high quality results with single- or multi-color printing on different substrates such as flags & banners, towels & blankets and many more. Optimal for small (100 m) up to medium-sized (10.000 m) production capacities.
Take advantages of our pioneering technologies like the world-famous ZIMMER MAGNET SYSTEM PLUS, which is the most efficient system for magnetic roll rod printing in warp direction. According to the requirements of the textile product, the magnet bars are available as standard magnet bars SMP 70/55 (e. q. for towel printing), or extra strong magnet power ESMP 70/95 (e. q. for acrylic and polyester blanket printing).

MAGNOPRINT

- Repeat length, speed, number of squeegee strokes and magnetic power are individually adjustable on each printing station.
- Magnet bars are available as:
- Standard magnet bars SMP 70/55 (e. q. for towel printing)
- Extra Strong magnet power SMP 70/95 (e. q. for acrylic and polyester blanket printing)
- Designated for large repeat sizes due to its longitudinal stroke direction: up to 600 cm
- Optimal for small (100 m) up to medium-sized (10.000 m) production capacities
MIDI-II-F – Sample Printing Machine
- Most versatile flat screen sample printing machine, suitable for all kinds of textile fabrics. (also available for Rotary Screen Printing, MIDI-II-R)
- Printing width: 165/185/225/250/285/330 cm.
- Printing length (=sample lenght): 9.5/11.5/13.7/15.9/18.9/20.3/22.4/24.6/26.8/29/32 m
MINI-MD-F – Strike-Off Machine
- Flat Screen machine accessory (also available for rotary screen printing, MINI-MD-R)
- Used for the development and verification of paste viscosities, color concentration and magnet power fine adjustment.
- MINI-MD strike off-machines are available in size 60x70 or 60x128 cm.
