Coating Machines
All coating machines and lines are adapted, designed and manufactured according to our customer’s individual needs.
MAGNOROLL Multipurpose Coating Machine
The ZIMMER AUSTRIA MAGNOROLL modules are:
- MAGNOROLL Coating Technologies: Executed either as Magnetic Low-Add-On or Magnetic Direct Roll coating system, in working widths: 500 – 5600 mm
- Single or Double Screen Coating: equipped with magnet roll rods or magnet blade squeegee, in working widths: 500 – 3200 mm
- MAGNOKNIFE Over-Roll or Over-Air coating: executed with reversible high precision knife holder, equipped with two knives, each containing two blades (various blade executions possible), working widths: 500 – 5600 mm
- MAGNOJET: closed system for coating with paste or any kind of foam (incl. instable foams) in working widths: 500 – 5600 mm
- VARIOPRESS: open system for stable and metastable foams
TRIPLEXCOAT Coating Machine
- Cost-effective multipurpose coating machine
- With universal take-up system for KNIFE coating, MAGNOJET foam coating and ROTARY.SCREEN printing/ coating
- Optimal solution for all standard applications. Integration possible into any existing coating line or as an integral part of a custom-made coating line
- KNIFE and MAGNOJET working widths: 500 – 3400 mm
- Screen Coating with blade squeegee: maximum 2000 mm
MAGNOJET Foam Coating System
- Closed coating system, with controlled application:
- For paste with a constant substance feeding pump with an inline flow meter unit.
- For foam with a foam mixing unit with software controlled weight measuring system.
- Advantages: Avoids the evaporation of liquids, no pollution, no creation of foam during paste application and no extra amounts of application media necessary and hassle-free processing of instable foams.
VARIOPRESS Foam Coating System
- 100% control of the foam application amount independent of line speed, web tension and/or absorbance characteristics of the coated web.
- Over-Air or Over-Roll application possible
- Tooth gears driven with step-less adjustable speed.
- Installation possible at the entry of any dryer or coating line.
TWINCOAT
- TWINCOAT for coating simultaneously on both sides of the substrate
- In vertical and horizontal execution
- For any application width: 1100 to 5400 mm
LAB COATING MACHINES
- All our application systems are also available as laboratory equipment
- Working widths: 500 up to 1000 mm
