Loop Steamer MODUS.MIDI

The new Loop Steamer with the pioneering THERMOCURE technology for your digital textile prints, developed by ZIMMER AUSTRIA. This steamer for digital printed textiles has been designed to facilitate the fixation of dyes in a continuous process onto any printed fabric by any type of inkjet printing machine. This MODUS.MIDI Loop Steamer enables to obtain excellent quality of finishing results in brilliant colors while saving a lot of energy.

 

The Modus Loop Steamer renders the following applications:

  • Saturated steam modus (102°C to 105°C)
  • Superheated steam modus (160°C to 180°C)
  • Hot air polymerizing modus (160°C to 180°C)

 

The tensionless Loop formation device comes with either stainless steel or special surface transportation rods and is computer controlled for automatic loop length adjustment from 500 mm to 1800 mm. The daily use is simplified thanks to the computerized touchscreen control system, which detects any possible deviation of data and adjust it accordingly. Additionally, large hatches and the walkable inside floor allow convenient maintenance.This universally usable machine guarantees exactly reproducible temperature and humidity values as well as absolutely tensionless web guiding.

 

Simple handling, low noise level, easy maintenance and highly efficient steam consumption are additional important advantages of the Loop Steamer MODUS.MIDI.
